Perfect location with walkability to great restaurants, Farmers markets, Shops, yoga studio & within 15 mins to Rosemary Beach & Grayton Beach, plenty of great shops, food, and a fun Beachy aesthetic. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

The main house features 3 beds/3 baths while the guest house features a bunk room with a full bath. This is truly a nature lovers’ paradise to relax in while enjoying all that 30A has to offer.

We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Come and enjoy this fabulous 30A location (close to absolutely everything), includes community swimming, pool and grills for grilling out located at the pool area as well. Minimum rental age is 25.

Pool: You have access to the BMB Club pool/gym walking distance across 30A. There are also beach towels, toys, six beach chairs, and umbrella.
