A private ground-level entrance, California King bed, and fast fiber internet make our suite a comfortable home base for exploring Seattle. We’re especially well suited to couples and families who appreciate a residential stay and don’t mind the normal sounds of family life upstairs.

This Craftsman home, built in 1909, is nestled on a hilltop between Madison Park and Capitol Hill, known for its unique fashion district and restaurants.

Montlake and University District are also just minutes away by car. Sitting right on the bus line, you have plenty of options to travel by feet, bus, bikes, or cars. Street parking is plentiful right by the house with no time limits. You’ll have everything you need in this urban oasis (especially that wine bottle opener!)

Read the messages in the fun collection of art sketches hanging over the dining area. Floor-to-ceiling-windows ensure there's plentiful light, while nice touches include the letter and number 3D wall by the spiral staircase. The 100 years old historic structure with original wood floors and restored systems. The ceilings are insulated to minimize any noise to our guests, but occasional noise travel through, so for light sleepers’ white noise machine is available in the loft.

This urban oasis is nestled in a historic West Seattle orchard just minutes from the West Seattle bridge. You will have your own private entrance through the garden and enjoy a sun-filled one bedroom apartment with nine foot ceilings, a fireplace, and an outdoor secluded patio. The apartment includes a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. It is equipped with a washer/dryer and heater/air conditioner to ensure a comfortable stay.

Bright upstairs apartment in the heart of Capitol Hill near 15th & Mercer (walk score: 95). Steps from Volunteer Park and excellent restaurants. Bay windows fill the space with light, a gas fireplace keeps things cozy, and blackout blinds mean a great night's sleep. Full kitchen (countertop oven/air fryer), in-unit washer/dryer, A/C, dedicated off-street parking, and keyless entry. Sleeps four: queen bedroom, living room couch, and a den with a queen daybed.

We have a compact but spacious-feeling 1 bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests with the addition of a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. It offers a lot of windows and daylight with skylights in the kitchen and shower. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.

Short walk (0.5 miles) to light rail Beacon Hill Station and close to Metro bus routes ((#36 and #60). Quick ride to stadiums (1.7 miles). One-bedroom apartment with en suite bathroom and full kitchen. Ideal for two adults sharing a bed. Private location surrounded by trees at the end of residential alley. This apartment is a daylight basement with its own private entrance. Steps to the private entrance are not wheelchair accessible.

University Park Daylight, Mother-in-law, studio

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise. Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer. Inflatable hot tub. Guest pass for 24 hour zone street parking available during your stay.
