The house has everything you need for a family stay. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Seltjarnarnes. Location is still only a few minutes drive from downtown but without the buzz of the city. The house is on 3 floors. First floor has a big bedroom, small bathroom, washing room and kitchen. Second floor has the long living room with TV area and piano area such as shown in the photos. The third floor has a big bathroom with a shower and bath, plus 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom.

The area is by the coast and has a beautiful trail around the headland we recommend, where you can see the famous Grótta lighthouse and diverse birdlife. At night, during winters, locals come here to escape light pollution and see the Northern lights (Aurora Borealis). A bus stop is within half a minute´s walk from the studio. Also within walking distance are a gym and a kid friendly thermal, swimming pool.

Our house is in Seltjarnarnes, a very nice, quiet residential area near RVK city centre, with all services nearby. The house is our family home. It has suitable beds for two, maximum three adults, and is best suited for families with young children seeking a relaxed, cosy space for their holiday. You will find both toys and other entertainment for 0-12 years old children. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been refurbished. The house is on one floor with a spacious, open living area.
