This beautiful mid-century house was designed and built by my father. My husband’s parents, Amy and Bob, bought it from my parents’ estate and renovated it. It is filled with light, books and original art. Being inside feels like being outside. It is furnished much as it was when my in-laws moved out, with many of Amy’s paintings. Welcome to River Cottage---This is a very nice cottage home overlooking the Wabash River. The host lives upstairs. Guests will have access to the entire main floor of the cottage that includes a private entrance. The cottage includes a kitchen (all new appliances), bathroom, living room, dining area, and laundry. There are complete amenities throughout and the views are priceless. Don't be shocked to see a family of deer in the backyard. Please make sure to read the House Rules.

Lovely comfort home

Very peaceful neighborhood. We have a liquor store, and a buck creep pizza in town it’s only 1/4 of a mile away. About 8 miles to downtown Lafayette where you can find a variety of restaurants, and about 9.4 miles from Purdue University, about 20 minutes drive to Purdue stadium, located in west Lafayette, and if you are traveling and just want to spend the night we are just about A MILE off I-65.
