It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, coffee machine, kettles, a washing machine and a fridge freezer.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

This Apartment is spread over the second floor of two buildings just one block away from the Georgian Crescent in Limerick City Centre. It has been newly restored to bring back a sense of history while sensitively introducing the best of modern comforts. The Apartment is a spacious 807sq ft and includes a Sitting Room/ Kitchenette which opens onto the Dining Room. There is also a spacious bedroom with a single and double bed (which can be separated to make three single beds).

Inside the yurt, you will sleep in a very comfortable double bed with a warm duvet and a cozy stove.

We are located in a peaceful rural countryside setting just 3 mins (by car) from Newport town, 12 mins from University of Limerick/ Castletroy, 15 mins from Limerick City centre and 40 mins from Shannon Airport. We are conveniently located, only 3 km's from Junction 26 on the M7 motorway. The self catering apartment is located over the garage and separate from the main house with its own private entrance and is accessed by stairs. There are lots of activities to enjoy in the area, hiking, kayaking and various other water sports. There are many excellent golf courses close by.
