King sized bed, 2 Twin beds and twin/full bunk beds. 1.5 bath with an open living/dining area. Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. IMPORTANT: You must bring your own linens and towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two backpack beach chairs available for your use.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
