My apartment is located on the 3rd floor and does have access to a swimmable beachfront within Belize City limits! I do recommend renting a car as I am just outside of Belize City.

We've done some renovations, the road was paved in 2020 (no more rough road!) and BOTH electricity (no more generator) and wi-fi became available in 2019!
