Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Escape to a stunning lake view home in Lincoln City, accommodating up to 6 guests. This secluded retreat offers lake access, a private dock, and recreational equipment like kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. Take advantage of the deck with a hot tub and gas BBQ. You'll enjoy access to all the amenities that the upscale community of Olivia Beach has to offer! Dogs welcome for an additional fee.

Beautiful studio in the country, located within 7 miles to the beach, very close to the Salmon River, 5 miles from Lincoln City. Private entrance with full kitchen, utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, private deck with seating, queen bed, electric fireplace, full bath, reclining loveseat. Fresh eggs may be purchased from main house upon request. No dogs or cats allowed, Highly Allergic and livestock on property
