During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Passes must be purchased online ahead of time (3 and under are free). This allows variety to your trip, and saves money if you are not planning on using the water park. Permit 19-09

There is a hot tub, sauna and steam room on site. Store your snow gear in the room. Wifi and Roku TV. Sleeps 4. One queen bed, a large couch and a twin blow-up mattress.
