Located 9 miles outside of Augusta on a gravel road, 2 miles from Willow Creek Reservoir, near the Bob Marshal Wilderness, and just next door to some real western adventure! Located 1 mile west of Simms and a half a mile east of the main ranch house, this private house is enjoyable year-round with brilliant night skies and colorful sunsets.
