De gehele woning is tot jullie beschikking, met uitzondering van de technische ruimte. Er zijn twee slaapkamers. Eén slaapkamer heeft een 1.40m bed en de andere kamer heeft een 1.80m bed, dus geschikt voor 4 personen. Er is een keuken met alle benodigdheden, een badkamer en een wasruimte. De woning kan voor minimaal 5 dagen en maximaal 16 dagen gehuurd worden.
