Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

T&R Apartment

Welcome to fully comfortable apartment on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet area of Lucija. It is located 1,5 km from the Turistic center Portorož surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, casinos, nightlife, shopping mall and the beach. Capacity is 2 or 3 persons (one double bed and one auxiliary bed with equipped kitchen, garden, tv, free wi-fi internet connection and air condition. There is privat parking place in front of the house for your car.

At the more exclusive end of the pontoon, in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, floats Marinavita. Awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window. Throw open the curtains and watch the yachts - just meters away from you - going for a sail. Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast enjoying the 360° view. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
