Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Uppvärmd pool juni till september, orangeri med plats för 10 matgäster och intilliggande utekök. Fina omgivningar för promenader och utflykter. Boendet består av ett boningshus (3-5 pers) med kök, poolhus (4 pers) med bastu och pentry samt ett mindre hus med dubbelsäng (2 pers). Toalett finns i alla hus. Sörmland bjuder på vacker böljande natur och en lokal matkultur med närproducerad mat.

Denna gamla mysiga stuga är snart nyrenoverad, lite kvar utomhus. Nu finns ett nytt fint kök, badrum samt ytterligare ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Det finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med kamin. Vi har en bubbelpool året runt för 6 pers samt en uppvärmd pool sommartid, ca v24-32. En gäststuga med två sängar. Elbilsuttag. Några hundra meter bort en badbrygga med stege och sandstrand. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning med havet inpå knuten och skapa nya fina minnen.

En kort promenad från huset finns naturreservatet vinterskogen med en upplyst motionslinga, utegym, vandringsleder och en mysig badplats. Sjön Uttran är en avlång sjö som sommartid inbjuder till bad, fiske eller kanske bara en mysig båttur. Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
