It is located in the heart of the Val Venosta valley, between Oetztal and Ortler Alps, above the road that leads from times about Glurns to Prato allo Stelvio, in the Stelvio National Park, with the possibility of skiing in winter and in summer. Of course you can also participate in a variety of other recreational activities. You can go swimming, hiking, climbing, kite surfing, fishing, paragliding, mountain climbing, cycling, exercise a variety of winter sports, or enjoy the best time in your own apartment. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald und Seefeld erreicht man zw. 10 und 20 Minuten. Alle Bus - und Bahnfahrten sind kostenfrei mit der Gästekarte.

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

Our b&b is located on a hill above the village Oberinn at Ritten, 20 km north of Bolzano in the Italian Dolomites. The farm dates back to the early 18th Century, since 1921 this house is owned by our family.
