The timber frame treehouse is a perfect couples retreat. The home is custom built with hardwood maple trees cut down and milled right on the property. The deck has a barrel sauna, cold or hot cedar soaking tub, a propane fire pit, a wood burning chiminea fire pit, and a bar top for outdoor dinning. The treehouse is anything but ordinary, with mountain views from the bedroom loft, a walkway in the trees to a screened in porch, a slate tile shower with a window, a cozy reading nook to relax in while watching the snow pile up on the evergreen trees, a warming gas stove to enjoy the ambiance, and a comfy organic bed, sheets and towels to rejuvenate. You can walk down to the pond to enjoy the frogs and peepers or to the chicken coop for some fresh eggs in the morning.

The Guest Suite is located on the first floor of an architectural studio in historic Wilmington, Vermont. Please enjoy the piano, drums, and art supplies! The Guest Suite is both UNIVERSALLY ACCESSIBLE, TOBACCO FREE, and ANIMAL FREE due to allergies in our family. LineSync Architecture staff will be working from 8:30am - 5ish upstairs, and once in a while on the weekends. When guests are in we try to be super sensitive and quiet, but footsteps will be heard!
