The Studio is a moderate sized living quarters set up purposely for lounging, relaxing, personal entertainment and rest. Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. It includes an amazing king size bed, comfortable furnishings, a 57" Sony TV, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, 2 person walk in shower and an AC unit. Nestled between the town of Sonoita, and only minutes away from wonderful vineyards. This house is very convenient to all of the activities and wonders of Sonoita, Elgin and Patagonia. This is a 10-acre property, with beautiful mountain views from all sides. The house is split into two "condos"; one is "Sunrise" and the other is "Sunset". One can be rented, or both to combine for a larger group. There is a security door, that can be locked. Each condo has its own patio, grill, and fire pit.

Full breakfast items are included for you to prepare yourself so you can relax and not be rushed in the mornings. Owner in main house in front of casita and on call as needed:) 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 twin fold out and a leather sofa. Toiletries and kitchen cooking supplies all included. 3 TVs, books and games. outside upper deck available.

This spacious guesthouse is in an ideal rural setting. Located near the Mexican border, the art community at Tubac, and the old Spanish mission of Tumacacori, there is lots to see and do. (Not to mention many good golf courses.) I am looking forward to your visit! To make your stay both pleasant and sanitary I steam clean floors, sani-wash all linens and towels, and wipe counters, sinks and toilet with sanitizer spray. Rest easy here!
