Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

Churchside cottage is a beautiful 15th centuary cottage in the centre of Wells. This house has been newly renovated for hosting, comprising of 2 bedrooms suited to a family. Wells is the smallest city in England, and this characterful cottage is right in the centre of it. Located at the bottom of the high street this central location offers pubs and restaurants, rural walks (perfect for our 4 legged friends!) and shops all within a couple of minutes walk.
