SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

All have magnificent views of scenic wildlife & the Lake . Paddle through the wilds of our upper lake. Explore the Egg Harbor River ecosystem. Paddle boat use is gratis. Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 your entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). The main floor has a large living room with flat screen TV and leads into the eat-in-kitchen. The laundry room has a beautiful bay window overlooking the spacious back yard. The upstairs bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. There is ample parking in the driveway for 2 or 3 vehicles.
