Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

All rooms are decorated to a high standard in neutral tones, with spotlights and table lights to ensure the perfect mood! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay.

Crow House Barn is a stunning stand-alone two-bedroom limestone barn conversion set in 10 acres of gardens and fields in the peaceful North Yorkshire countryside with only one other house within half a mile. Ideal for walkers and cyclists and wildlife enthusiasts, this 17th century barn has been completely refurbished to the highest standard to welcome guests. A new kitchen has been fitted (December 2021) complete with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and sink/drainer.

The Nestbox is a private, rustic cabin just for two located on our farm at Mallard Grange, close to Fountains Abbey. Mainly open plan inside the carefully chosen vintage and upcycled furniture coupled with modern kitchen and high quality finishing touches make this a great place to stay.
