Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Airport, Airbase, Nobhill, Downtown, Uptown, & Freeways. Driveway parking included. Please note - that, while you will not be directly exposed to them, dogs do live on the property and will occasionally make noise in the form of barking.

With a central location you can explore on foot or bike easily all of downtown, old town and the surrounding areas. The ABQ Zoo and bio park and nearby as well as many restaurants and bars in the downtown area.

Welcome to our cozy Casita in the peaceful bosque ("forest") setting of the historic Pajarito neighborhood. This is a detached guest house with 1 queen bed, on our fenced and gated mini farm. In a few minutes' walk you have access to Rio Grande State Park, the river, and miles of trails. Isleta Ampitheater, downtown and the airport are only a 15-minute drive away.
