Stylish first-floor double b&b room with adjacent private bathroom for guests in a contemporary architect-designed house. Located just to the north of Sheffield, convenient for access to the city and also to the nearby Peak District. The host lives in the house (with a small friendly dog called Patrick) and guests are welcome to use the ground floor kitchen and lounge, as well as the outdoor terrace overlooking the River Don.
