The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. The Tack Store is a new barn conversion on our small farm outside the village of Silkstone. Views are some of the best in South Yorkshire, overlooking rolling hills and woodland, it's a perfect escape for those who love peace, quiet & walking. Equally we are only 1.5m from the M1 for guests wanting a more varied experience. We are child and pet friendly. We have tried really hard to create a relaxing home away from home. We have a luxurious designer kitchen and bathroom, cosy modern living room and two quiet bedrooms (one double and one can be twin or double). Outside is a lovely spacious patio and well-kept garden with grand views and visiting hens and ducks. Off-street parking for 2. Be aware there is an unfenced pond - young children will need adult supervision.
