The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

Views are some of the best in South Yorkshire, overlooking rolling hills and woodland, it's a perfect escape for those who love peace, quiet & walking. Equally we are only 1.5m from the M1 for guests wanting a more varied experience. We are child and pet friendly. We have tried really hard to create a relaxing home away from home. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.

We have a luxurious designer kitchen and bathroom, cosy modern living room and two quiet bedrooms (one double and one can be twin or double). Outside is a lovely spacious patio and well-kept garden with grand views and visiting hens and ducks. Off-street parking for 2. Be aware there is an unfenced pond - young children will need adult supervision.
