Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

We are just over an hour south of DC. Many historic sights, town events & live music here. This small town will take you back in time. This rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built in 1896; it operated as the New Willard Hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on the porch & enjoy the water view.

This lovely guest cottage is located on a historic 16 acre waterfront estate on Hudson Creek that includes a main house, barn, pool, dock and pond. Built in the 18th century tidewater style, the guesthouse is charming and well decorated and completely self efficient. A special place for your romantic getaway at any season of the year. Recently cell phone service has improved and is reliable. However, in the country, WiFi internetl can be slow at times as well as the Wifi TV streaming.

Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage.
