Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment.
