BEAUTIFUL, cozy and spacious 1 bedroom with full en-suite, kitchenette/wet bar & some kitchen amenities w AC but no stove! Close to downtown & close easy access to the mountains (Banff). The suite does not have a door separating upstairs main house from the basement, but has a private entrance through a back door into your walkout basement. It’s in a safe neighbourhood with lots of walking paths & it boasts panoramic views of Aspen Woods with green space behind us - Perfect for RELAXATION!!

Nice cozy place with 1 bedroom, living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a private washer/dryer. Perfect for couple or a small family. We live at main/upper level of the house. Basement entrance for guests is separate. It has ninja foodie pressure cooker, dining plates, bowl, spoon, convection air fryer with oven & dining table. There is no gas stove or hot plate available in this unit We have security camera installed in our property which capture motion around house area..
