"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

This private bungalow combines the best of the Eug-Spr metro's nature and city scene. Peaceful and centrally-located, you have the place all to yourself and can stay via entry code for easy access day or night. Our beautifully fully-renovated 1905 home is located in the historic Washburne District near downtown restaurants, shops and U of O. It is a gorgeous two-story home with 3 beds, 2 baths, and an office/work-space with a sunny front porch and a large, shaded back yard. It is ideal for a small group of up to 6 people- tweens and older. We provide high-speed internet (400Mbps) and a large screen tv with Netflix near a cozy pot-belly stove.

Beryl’s Bungalow ‘A Pet Friendly’ Beauty

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)

Come stay at River Bend Studio, a charming, private guesthouse in N. Springfield. The Studio is equipped with a Serta queen bed, bathroom, and kitchenette that has a sink, dishware, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. We also have WiFi and streaming TV.
