It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk.
