This one bedroom apartment is conveniently located above the Duluth Coffee Company Cafe and Kitchen and walking distance from Lake Superior and Canal Park. Apartment includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, off street parking, two queen beds, TV and view of Lake Superior. Know that this apartment is in the middle of downtown and there is street noise at night.

Come enjoy our vacation rental! We're in a great neighborhood - close to Duluth's Spirit Mountain skiing & biking, the retail district, and lots of things to do and see! The apartment has a large living room, huge deck, full kitchen, full bath, and two separate bedrooms. This is the upper unit in the building. As such, this isn't an appropriate space for anyone with little kids that run around - as it would detract from the experience for the guests below.
