Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a camp stretcher or porta cot is available.Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to beach. Ample parking for boats, caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Boanning Bayside

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach and meets the mouth of the Capel River. Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, swimming or relaxing at Peppy Beach. Please note:- All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter which is a minimum of 4 nights.

Quiet street. Can accomodate a total of three people as there is an option of a single mattress. Walking distance to queens garden, great for jogging and walking. Family pool optional.
