Lower Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Glamping Meadow Bell Tent

The bell tent in our meadow is equipped to a high standard with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including electrical points. Have a peaceful nights sleep on your very comfortable camping bed. Boil the kettle and fry some bacon on your fire pit grill or take a short walk to the utility area to make use of the electric kettle, toaster and microwave. A shower and WC are also located in the utility room, by the parking area. For extra cosiness we have a wood burning stove.

A peaceful annexe in a traditional barn conversion on our farm. Private patio area and secure bike or Kayak storage. The village and surrounding area has an abundance of quality pubs and restaurants serving local produce. Stithians village has a shop, a pub, and is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and National Trust sites. The North and South coast are close by and there are many ideal walks and cycle routes. There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.

Primrose is an attached annexe to Durian House, a beautiful family home in the heart of the Cornish countryside. The annexe is spacious and well equipped with all that you will need for a family holiday in Cornwall. Ideally located 1 mile outside the village of Stithians in rolling countryside. Only 6 miles to the bustling harbour town of Falmouth and the River Helford (10 minutes drive) with Truro and the north coast 10 miles away (20 minute drive).

Centrally located 15-20 minutes from North and South coasts, all major tourist attractions within easy reach. Private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ. Guests are welcome to join us at feeding time to enjoy meeting our alpacas, goats, pigs & horses. Access to 22kW Zappi EV Charger (top-ups recharged at cost).
