Large charming cottage ideal for family sharing

Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Goldcrest Shepherd's Hut -Lakeside View

Escape to a cosy Shepherd’s Hut in a peaceful West Norfolk village, set on the edge of a private lake and next to the River Wissey. Eco-designed and solar powered, it stays cool in summer and warm in winter with a diesel heater. Inside is a double bed, TV and kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwave and breakfast essentials. A private shower block is right next door to the shepherds hut. Outside, relax in the fenced garden, enjoy sunsets, wildlife, river walks and the nearby Bluebell pub.

Paddock View

Paddock view is located on a working equestrian property. On the outskirts of a small village located between popular towns like Downham Market, Kings Lynn and Swaffham. Also with the chance of occasional plane spotting as we are not far from RAF Marham. The Flat is self contained and well equipped with access only via stairs with Shower room/ toilet downstairs . Please be aware as this is on an equestrian property there will be horses and other animals on site.
