Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. Brierley Bungalow is ideally situated approximately 1/2 mile from the beach and train station. Also 1/4 mile from the picturesque village of Cockington, with its lovely Country Park. Local pubs being The Drum at Cockington Village and Chelston Manor. The garden is enclosed. The area is very quiet At the front of the property is St. Matthews Field, ideal for dog walking. Many shops including Cafes, Post Office and the COOP supermarket are just down the hill, past St Matthews church.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day.
