Flanders Bay Cabins (Cabin 9 - 1BR)

Located on the Schoodic Scenic Byway in Acadia/Bar Harbor region, our rustic pet-friendly 1BR cabins offer spectacular views. Features include one double bed with kitchen and bathroom. Simple, clean accommodations serve as your home base for exploring the beautiful property, shoreline and the bounties of our scenic local region. All cabins come equipped with basic provisions for a comfortable stay. Leave the distractions of modern day behind as you return to the way vacations were meant to be.

"The Helm" Treetop Loft on Flanders Pond

Newly renovated second floor studio (18 x 20) on scenic Flanders Pond. (Bottom floor of cabin is unoccupied) Just 10 minutes from the beautiful, quiet lakes, mountains and trails of Donnell Pond Maine State Preserve. Centrally located between the two units of Acadia National Park (Mount Desert Island and Schoodic Peninsula). Explore Downeast Maine, swim or kayak from the front yard, or just relax on the large screen porch (an additional space), watch the sunset, and listen to the loons.

Edgewater Cabins

Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants and dining, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park. There are 2 other small cabins plus larger ones available that can accommodate families. In July and August there is a 7 night minimum stay from Sat. to Sat.

Luxurious Newly Renovated Ocean Front Cottage

A stunning, historic cottage that has been fully renovated in 2023 to bring it up to modern times while keeping the authenticity of this beautiful spot. Private waterfront with amazing ocean views from the deck, it's a wonderful place to relax and reconnect to the natural world. We have completely re-done both the interior and the exterior, with all new beds, bedding, bathroom and wood floors. A lot of love and care has gone into the house that we hope our guests will feel when they stay!

Down East Lake Side Escape by Bar Harbor & Acadia

Welcome to our family camp where the sun sets over Flanders Pond and eventually disappears behind Shoodic Mountain. Our pond has a sandy bottom and it spans over 550 acres so we like to call it a lake! This house features its own beachfront with three kayaks included! Swim the crystal clear waters! We are about 45 mins depending on traffic to Bar Harbor and Acadia State Park. Winter Harbor/Shoodic Pennisula is about 15 mins away. We are next to a public boat ramp so bring your own boat!

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Bluebird’s Oceanfront Perch

Newly built in 2024 beautifully decorated large studio apartment above garage on 2+ acres on Flander’s Bay with 289’ of waterfront with pebbly beach. Southwest facing so you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from your home away from home!! BEST PART is the LOCATION- this home is located between both parts of ACADIA NATIONAL PARK 31 miles from Acadia NP on Mount Desert Island near Bar Harbor and 11 miles away from uncrowded Schoodic Peninsula. Enjoy this coastal sanctuary!

Long Cove Hideaway

Escape the tourist madness of Bar Harbor at your own private tidal cove. Camp with the comforts of home, water, power and Wifi. Outdoor grill, awning and lobster cooker for the complete Maine experience. After a hard day of hiking relax by fire pit. The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.
