Upstairs: large master suite and living area, king-sized bed, bath with shower and washer/dryer. Grounds feature patio, parking, and perennial gardens. Convenient to area colleges.

The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
