We are positioned in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk to Grey school and very close to St Georges and Greenacres hospitals. Ideal for a family of 4 - 6 or group of friends. We are very close to lovely restaurants and have easy access to the main highways.

We are close to lovely local eateries like RAAK 2, Remos, Boccadillo’s, Suki and the vibey StanleyStreet. Hobie beach is a quick 8,6km away with Walmer Park Shopping Centre just 4km up the road. A large living area allows for additional beds for children on request.

The Garden Room is within five minutes drive from the airport, university, and beachfront. This clean, comfortable, cosy ccommodation is situated in a quiet, secluded area and is suitable for one or two people sharing. The room has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. It has a bar fridge, kettle and toaster and small microwave oven. It also has a table and chair. The rooms leads onto a covered private patio . The unit has Solar power, free wi-fi, backup borehole water, street parking.

We are within walking distance of several fast food outlets, Spar and Checkers.
