Relax in front of the warm wood burning fireplace, enjoy the abundant bird life from your private deck, soak in the antique clawfoot bath, and lose yourself in the celestial clerestory views. Please note: Currently our neighbours are having building works done.during the week. Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

'Carreg Cottage' Private hinterland stone cottage

Retreat to your private, cozy, hand built rustic stone cottage with modern conveniences. Nestled in the foothills of the Blackall Ranges on a 15 acre hobby farm. Close proximity to all the wonders of the Sunshine Coast. Your days can be filled with activities and your nights blanketed in stars relaxing next to the fire, drink in hand. The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

This beautiful self-contained and very private suite has spectacular ocean views. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and chirping of birds from the rainforest retreat reserve. A short drive to renown eateries and bars of Sunshine Beach and only 10 minutes from Hastings Street in Noosa Heads. A private beach oasis that will leave guests wanting for more..

Train Carriage on Acreage Retreat Sunshine Coast

Journey back in time while enjoying the luxury of a fully renovated and contemporory train carriage fitted out with bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and living /TV area and indoor electric fire. Enjoy the sweeping views of the valley overlooking Sarah's hobby farm on the large deck and entertaining area inc. BBQ facilities. Roast marshmallows over your own personal fire-pit at night. Twice daily animal feeding and experiences for the Children led by Sarah your hostess.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
