This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The newly renovated house is located in a quiet part of the town of Hvar. The greatest treasure of the house is the terrace overlooking the sea, which is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. You are 300 meters away from the largest beach, and a 10-minute walk along the coast from the city center. There are several shops, restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the house.

ABC Studio apartment is four stars studio apartment . It is situated in Bacvice area - 5 minutes walking from Bacvice beach and 10 minutes walking from Diocletian's palace, city center, bus terminal and ferry port.
