Townsend is a mountain getaway town with incredible restaurants and attractions, but without the traffic. On top of it all, Townsend is CLOSER to Cades Cove than any other town, and world-famous little river rafting is right in town. If you do choose to head to the other mountain hot spots- it’s a beautiful drive to and from PF and Gburg.

This spacious vacation home is located inside a gated golf course community that feels deep in the forest. Amenities: golf, tennis, pickleball, a hot tub, gym. Close to fishing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, GSMNP, 2 national forests, a casino, restaurants, SMRailroad etc. The house has a large kitchen and den with a pool table and fireplace. Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

The Harvest House is a large 2-story home on acreage, with 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Additionally, there is an area with twin beds for extra sleeping space. The home accommodates 8-10 people comfortably in beds. In addition, there is floor space for extra sleeping. Guests have access to the main resort outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy the full service kitchen, screened back porch, creek, and wifi. There is no cable tv, however there are wifi and the TVs with HDMI ports.
