This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. No large gatherings.

Relax at this peaceful, secluded escape offering a beautiful bayou view and plenty of room to unwind. This brand‑new guesthouse features all‑new appliances, furnishings, and modern comforts. The bedroom includes a king‑sized bed, with extra sleeping space available on the pullout couch and a queen air mattress. Located right on the water, guests have private access to a deck and dock. There is covered parking available for your boat or vehicle. Two public boat ramps are also just minutes away.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

Welcome to Victoria’s Cottage! This cute little cottage is conveniently located in the North central part of Monroe. You will be close to everything in all of Monroe and West Monroe. Such as shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals, sports facilities, ULM, Monroe civic center, and Ike Hamilton. Perfect for families in town for a visit or professionals in town for work. This neighborhood quiet, safe, and peaceful. We are a pet friendly home with a $50 fee per pet for cleaning.

Rooster Ridge (owned and operated by Laughing Rooster, LLC) is a rustic cabin with many of the comforts and amenities of home. The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Located adjacent to the campus of University of Louisiana at Monroe & just down the driveway from our beautiful dock. It has one KING bed and one SINGLE bed/couch.

Lots of surrounding restaurants available. Genusa’s Italian Resturant is walking distance. A 5 * resturant! Cormier’s Cajun resturant, in season, has the best crawfish in town ( 4 houses down ). Also a Neighborhood Walmart and Brookshires Grocery 2 minutes away for your convenience.

This is a true Luxury floating home over looking Moon Lake on the Ouachita River. Park your boat under a covered slip right next to the cabin. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing get-a-way including kayaks, charcoal grill, parking for boat trailer and vehicle. We have a 35 year old minimum age limit and do not allow groups. Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
