The living room has a sofa bed which could accommodate two small children or one older child.

Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches.
