You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.

Nuestra casa esta una cuadrada y media del metro Petworth (lineas verdes y amarillas) y los buses 70s/60s/50s. Estamos una cuadrada del supermercado y tres cuadras de un mercado organico. Se puede caminar al calle Upshur para visitar nuestros restaurantes, libreria, tienda de ropa, cafe, y bares. En menos que diez minutos, se puede caminar al calle 11 y 14 para comer y tomar en Columbia Heights.
