Marenas counts with a private fence all around the house were you can experience comfort and have a nice family gather with picnics, BBQ, sunsets, and ocean views. From this unit, you can cross the street and experience the Atlantic sea breeze. The ocean in front of the house is not for swimming, it’s very rocking but still it just mesmerizing waking up to the sound of the waves.

The can also relax in tha pool, which is 17 feet long by 5 feet wide, with a depth of 4 feet.
