Parking in downtown area is paid only. I recommend using the SNABB app. The cost in area A is 0.05€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (parking for the whole day costs 33€) and Sat 11am-5pm (18€ per day), public holidays + Sun are free. Parking in area B fee 0.025€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (16.50€ all day), public holidays and Sat+Sun free.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
