A recently updated Avion trailer with a great patio and lake access. Located on a dirt road outside the city limits but only a 10 minute drive from downtown Denton and the Square. Use of two kayaks, a grill, and a full indoor kitchen setup. Sleeps 3 people(2 twin beds and one folding couch). It is a camper, so space inside is limited, though the patio is large and gated.
