Giraffe Room - The Old Catskill Game Farm Inn

Stay at The Giraffe Room inside what used to be the Giraffe Barn at The Old Catskill Game Farm. Located inside an abandoned zoo of what was once America's largest and first privately owned zoo. You can explore the grounds, go in the animal shelters and be secluded in 200+ acres with 3.5 miles of paved walkways while witnessing nature take back an American landmark. The inn features a full kitchen, outdoor hot tub and fire-pit. Decorated with remnants of The Catskill Game Farm. This is our most luxurious suite, the only King room, located on the main level of the Inn. It includes a walk in shower in the en-suite bathroom and a 3 person Jacuzzi tub in the main room. Sleep 3 in the king size bed or a please request a cot for the 3rd person. The bathrooms offer a walk-in shower with a ceramic tile wall, with a personalized heating and cooling system.

Great views of the Berkshire hilly forests, and hiking trails along a scenic river. Couples, families, and pets feel right at home in our recently renovated kitchen and warm, and friendly lodge with four bedrooms, electric baseboard heat and queen-sized beds. The sunny loft has a comfy queen. Gas heat. Call an hour before arrival if you don't have AT&T or Verizon cell service- other carriers may be inconsistent in the area. Wifi enabled. Pets are welcome for a $25 fee.

Village Inn - Chelsea suite - Saugerties NY

The Village Inn is the ideal hotel alternative. We offer well appointed private suites with a bit of luxury. Both of our accommodations include Cable TV, WiFi, and A/C. The Chelsea suite features a private bedroom with a king sized bed. A kitchenette, with breakfast area and a living area with a twin pullout. Spa soaking tub to help relax and rejuvenate after a long day. Private parking lot to accommodate our guests, and all rooms have private entrances.
