We welcome you to stay and relax in our wonderfully appointed and spacious garden-level guest suite. The suite has one and a half baths (yea!), kitchenette with coffee maker, kettle, mini-fridge, microwave, plenty of natural light, free parking, patio & yard, a lighted, paved walkway to a private, key-less entrance, and sleeping space for up to 4 people. You’re going to love it! Note: the Base price now includes ALL Airbnb fees, but not local occupancy taxes. I don’t charge a cleaning fee.

Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.
