Our beautiful park where the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior remains. A nice place to go to pay your respects and to sit in the sun and listen to our Tuis fly between the Pohutukawa trees.

Just a cross the road is our National War Memorial Park. Currently hosting a profound exhibition covering WW1. It has a large outdoor space and we often take the kids over for a run around to let off steam before dinner.

Its only a 5min walk away and you can pass through it on the way to Cuba St, which is great for eating/takeaways or a looksie around town.
