The hot springs in Sierraville is currently offering day passes, reserved in advance. Keep in mind that they are not open on Mondays and Tuesdays for now, as those are days reserved for cleaning. The hot springs in Sierraville has been open to the public for 150 years. There are several different pools, all kept at different temperatures. Body acceptance is a key component of the Sierra Hot Springs. All of the pools are clothing optional. The Philosophy Cafe' is run by kind and thoughtful folks, focusing on seasonality in their menu.

Secret Hot springs. Go online for all details. It's a little bit of a drive but well worth it. We recommend going during sunset. Amazingly tranquil setting. FYI this is clothing optional.

A beautiful scenic drive north on the 49 though the forest to Sierra Hot Springs. Affordable and great for a day trip. Reservations required.
