If you want cheap but good quality, Saigon square is the place for you! Bargain your heart out and shop very cheap clothes! Beware though, it's very addicting! Saigon square is just across Saigon Center Mall. There's a money exchange inside also and they don't have commission. Be sure to brings lots of cash and bargain on! Bonus: Air condition, food court, clean toilet
