The absolute cheapest coffee & tea in the city (at least to my knowledge). The owners are super cool & use the building as a trade school (barter things other than money for classes). They have a pay-it-forward jar which provides a hot cup of coffee for the local homeless who are welcomed by the guests draw-in & atmosphere they create here.

Did we mention there's a coffee shop within walking distance? Locally owned and operated, this is a perfect place to grab a hot cup to go or sit and work for awhile. Free wifi. If you decide to drive? 2 mins away.

This cute little coffee shop offers unique (and delicious) drink options. It has a neighborhood vibe, which makes you want to just sit and enjoy the relaxing space.
